Shredding Services

Our services encompass both onsite and offsite secure and confidential shredding of paper documents. Our process involves either shredding documents at your location or having them collected securely by our team, which includes:

Personnel who have undergone security checks
Drivers in uniform
Vehicles equipped with tracking systems

Following collection, documents are destroyed in compliance with BS EN 15713 standards, ensuring secure disposal, with the shredded paper being recycled. Upon completion, we provide a certificate of destruction.

The Hill Company holds a waste carrier license from the Environmental Agency. Our document shredding services adhere strictly to all GDPR regulations, ensuring full compliance.

These services can be performed either on-site (utilising our mobile data shredding truck) or off-site.

Onsite Shredding Solution

We provide an on-site shredding service where one of our specialised shredding trucks visits your location. Our team gathers the documents that need to be shredded and securely disposes of them on your property using the truck's built-in shredder. The resulting shredded material is then transported back to our facility for recycling.

Offsite Shredding Solution

Our off-site shredding service includes the collection of items for secure destruction by one of our uniformed, professional drivers. A detailed record of the collected items is maintained, and a Waste Transfer Note is provided. These items are transported back to our facility in our tracked vehicles for immediate shredding.

To efficiently manage collection of your confidential documents to be securely destroyed, we offer a range of secure equipment, such as:

Lockable shredding consoles.
Lockable wheelie bins in various sizes: 120L, 240L, 660L, and 1100L.
Paper Shredding sacks and woven shredding bags, each with a numbered seal for added security.

One-Time Collections / Office Clearances

For one-off clear-outs or office relocations, we provide secure bins or sacks for the collection of confidential documents. If your paperwork is already boxed, we can collect it directly from your premises. Whether your records have been digitised or are no longer required, we offer secure document shredding to ensure complete data destruction.

Once you are ready, one of our GPS-tracked vehicles will arrive to collect all items, and a Waste Transfer Note will be issued for full traceability. Our shredding and disposal process is fully GDPR compliant, providing a safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible way to manage your confidential paper waste.
